Professional 3D Scanning And Reverse Engineering
Voxelcore India runs a fleet of metrology grade blue light and handheld 3D scanners, accurate to 0.02mm and able to digitise anything from a coin to a full vehicle. Use our scans for reverse engineering, first article inspection, heritage capture or to recreate legacy parts that no longer have drawings.

Why Scan With Voxelcore
High accuracy digital twins, CAD reconstruction and inspection reports, delivered fast.
Metrology Grade Accuracy
Blue light and laser scanners capture up to 0.02mm point accuracy with sub micron resolution.
Reverse Engineering
Recreate legacy or obsolete parts directly from the physical object, with no drawings required to get started.
CAD Ready Output
Receive parametric STEP or IGES, a watertight STL or a coloured OBJ file, ready for SolidWorks, Fusion or Rhino.
On Site Scanning
Portable handheld scanners can deploy anywhere in India for site visits, large objects and fixed assets.
Inspection Reports
Colour deviation maps compare an as built part against your nominal CAD, backed by a full PDF report.
GST Compliant Invoicing
Clear, itemised invoicing on every job, GST compliant throughout, with tracked dispatch anywhere in India.
From Physical Part To Digital Twin In Four Steps
Whether the part is a 20mm dental crown or a 3 metre mining bucket, the workflow stays the same.
Scope The Scan
Tell us the object size, the level of detail needed and its end use. We quote the right scanner and any prep work involved.
Capture
We bring the part into our facility or come to your site. Reference targets, spray and turntables are used wherever needed.
Process The Data
Raw scans are aligned, cleaned, decimated and converted into a watertight mesh or a parametric CAD body.
Deliver
Receive STL, STEP, IGES, OBJ or a PDF inspection report, with optional 3D printed verification parts on request.
Reverse Engineering, Inspection And Digital Archiving
3D scanning compresses days of manual measurement into hours, and removes the error that callipers, micrometers and human transcription tend to introduce. Voxelcore India combines fixed blue light scanners for accuracy with handheld laser scanners for size and on site work, delivering scans that are ready for CAD, ready for 3D printing, or ready for a formal inspection report, whichever the job calls for.
Blue light metrology scanning to 0.02mm point accuracy
Handheld laser scanning for large parts up to 4 metres and on site work
Full CAD reconstruction in STEP, IGES, Parasolid or native SolidWorks
Watertight, decimated STL meshes ready for 3D printing
GD and T compliant inspection reports with colour deviation maps
Strict NDA handling, we routinely scan proprietary tooling and sensitive parts
What Our Scans Are Used For
From obsolete spares to vehicle restoration and medical anatomy, if it exists, we can digitise it.
Reverse Engineering
Bring obsolete, undocumented or legacy parts back into production, starting from nothing but a physical sample.
Quality Inspection
First article inspection reports and dimensional deviation maps comparing real parts to their nominal CAD.
Heritage And Museums
Non contact capture of sculpture, artefacts and architecture for archival records or replica production.
Automotive And Restoration
Body panel replication, custom bodywork and digitisation of vintage parts ahead of re manufacture.
Medical And Prosthetics
Patient specific anatomy capture to support orthotics, prosthetics and surgical planning.
Tooling And Jigs
Digitise existing tooling, fixtures and mating parts so new components are guaranteed to fit the first time.

Frequently Asked Questions
Our metrology grade blue light scanners hold 0.02mm accuracy with 0.05mm point resolution. Handheld scanners used on site reach 0.1mm on parts up to 4 metres.
Anywhere from a 5mm dental or jewellery component up to a 4 metre object such as a vehicle body or a large fabricated assembly. Tell us the size and we will recommend the right scanner and any fixturing it needs.
Either, depending on what you need. A raw scan comes back as a mesh, which is exactly what 3D printing needs. If you need a fully editable, feature based CAD model for machining or further design work, we reconstruct that separately in STEP or IGES.
Yes, with some preparation. Reflective, very dark or transparent surfaces confuse most scanners, so we apply a light, removable scanning spray beforehand to get a clean, accurate capture without damaging the part.
Yes. Our handheld scanners are built for this, and we travel anywhere in India for fixed assets, oversized parts or anything else that cannot reasonably come to us.
Yes. We produce colour coded deviation maps comparing the as built scan against your nominal CAD, along with a full PDF report suitable for first article inspection or quality documentation.
