Low Volume Manufacturing, Production Parts Without Tooling Risk
Low volume manufacturing for businesses that need real production parts without committing to injection tooling. Voxelcore India produces functional, end use components in FDM production materials such as ABS, ASA, nylon and PA CF, supporting purchase orders, internal part numbers, design revisions and repeat manufacturing runs from 100 to over 10,000 parts a year, with CNC, vacuum casting and bridge tooling brought in whenever a part calls for it.

Why Brands Use Voxelcore For Low Volume Production
A complete manufacturing programme that proves your product and scales with you, without locking up cash in tooling too early.
One Supplier, Every Process
3D printing, CNC, vacuum casting and bridge tooling under one roof, with no hand offs and no finger pointing between vendors.
Process Mix Optimised
Every part of your assembly is matched to its ideal manufacturing process, saving cost at volume without compromising the finish.
Assembly And Kitting
Multi part assemblies built, packaged and labelled, ready for direct dispatch or warehouse intake.
Same Local Project Manager
One India based engineer owns your programme from CAD review to dispatch, every week and every batch.
Scale Ready Engineering
Every component is engineered with the next step in mind, so when volume grows we move you to harder tooling without a redesign.
GST Compliant Invoicing
Clear, itemised invoicing on every release, GST compliant throughout, with tracked dispatch anywhere in India.
How A Low Volume Manufacturing Programme Runs
A clear, engineer managed process from your first assembly review through to a recurring release schedule.
Project Review
Send your assembly CAD, target volume and lead time. We recommend the optimal process for each part and quote the whole programme.
Pilot Batch
A first article batch of 10 to 50 assemblies is produced, inspected and approved before regular production releases begin.
Recurring Batches
Production runs on a release schedule that matches your sales, typically monthly or quarterly drops of 100 to 2,000 assemblies.
Assembly, Pack, Dispatch
Sub assemblies are built, kitted, labelled and shipped to your warehouse, your logistics partner or straight to your customer.
One Supplier, Every Process, One Accountable Engineer
Most products are not best made by a single manufacturing process. A typical consumer product might need an aluminium CNC bezel, an SLS nylon internal chassis, a vacuum cast soft touch grip and an aluminium tooled injection moulded housing. Voxelcore India runs all four processes under one roof, so your entire bill of materials is sourced, quality controlled and assembled by the same engineer who quoted it in the first place. That is the whole point of low volume manufacturing, speed, accountability, and the freedom to use the right process for every single part.
Multi process programmes combining additive, subtractive and moulded parts
Assembly, sub assembly, kitting, labelling and retail ready packaging
Recurring monthly or quarterly production releases on your own schedule
Direct dispatch to your warehouse, retailer, logistics partner or end customer
One India based project manager for the entire programme
Engineered for a clean scale up to mass production tooling later
The Processes Behind Every Programme
Each of these can run standalone, or as part of one combined low volume manufacturing programme.
CNC Machining
Precision milled and turned metal and plastic parts, from single prototypes to production batches.
Learn moreVacuum Casting
1 to 50 cosmetic grade polyurethane parts that look and feel like injection moulded production.
Learn moreLow Volume Injection Moulding
100 to 10,000 genuine injection moulded parts on aluminium bridge tooling, before you commit to steel.
Learn moreInjection Tool Making
Aluminium and hardened steel tooling engineered in house, from prototype through to mass production.
Learn moreInjection Moulding
Full production runs in over 20 engineering polymers, from a bridge tool through to long cycle production.
Learn moreIndustrial 3D Printing
FDM, SLA, SLS and MJF 3D printing in over 100 engineering grade materials for prototypes and end use parts.
Learn moreWhat Low Volume Manufacturing Is Built For
Real production volumes for product brands that are not ready, or should not be ready, to commit to mass production tooling.
Product Launch Bridges
Run 500 to 5,000 launch volume units while your production tooling is being commissioned, so a release date is never missed.
Direct To Consumer Brands
D2C and crowdfunded brands that need 100 to 2,000 unit recurring batches, without locking up cash in tooling too early.
Medical Device Manufacturing
Clinical trial production volumes, low rate initial production runs and manufacturing for niche or orphan devices.
OEM Spares And Service
Recurring production of replacement parts for installed equipment that is out of warranty or approaching end of life.
Defence And Aerospace
Confidential low rate production for specialist defence equipment, UAV components and field deployable kit.
Validate Then Scale
Sell your product at real volume, learn from real customers, then graduate to hardened steel production tooling once the numbers justify it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, repeat production is the core of what we do. Once a part is approved we keep the print profile, material and finishing spec on file, so every repeat order comes back identical, batch after batch, on a release schedule that matches your demand.
Yes. We work against your purchase orders and quote against your own internal part numbers and drawing revisions, the same way any other approved vendor would, with GST compliant invoicing on every release.
ABS, ASA and nylon cover most functional, end use parts, with PA CF stepping in wherever extra stiffness or dimensional stability under load is needed. We will recommend the material once we understand how the part is actually used in service.
Yes, these are our standard production 3D printing materials and we run them as a matter of course for repeat manufacturing programmes, not just one off prototypes.
Yes. A design revision is logged against a new part revision number, and every batch produced after that point is traceable to the exact revision it was built from, so nothing gets mixed up between old and new stock.
Pricing is quoted per part at your current volume, and we tell you upfront at what quantity a different process, such as CNC or bridge tooling, would bring the cost down further. As your volume grows we manage that migration for you rather than leaving you to work it out alone.
