Standard machined parts in 5 to 10 business days, with an express service available for prototyping emergencies.

WHY / 06

GST Compliant Invoicing

Clear, itemised and GST compliant invoicing on every order, with tracked dispatch anywhere in India.

Our Workflow

From CAD To Inspected Machined Part

A clear, engineer reviewed process from the moment your file lands with us to the day your parts ship.

STEP 01

STEP or IGES Upload

Send a manufacturing ready CAD file with tolerances and finish callouts. We review and quote within one business day.

STEP 02

DFM And Toolpath

Engineering review for machinability, fixturing strategy and tool access. Tolerances are confirmed in writing before we begin.

STEP 03

Machine And Inspect

Parts run on calibrated 3, 4 or 5 axis machining centres, with in process probing and dimensional checks throughout.

STEP 04

Finish And Ship

Anodising, hard anodising, painting, plating, bead blasting, brushing or polishing, all coordinated and dispatched pan India.

Precision machined aluminium components
What We Deliver

Real Engineering Materials, Real Machining Precision

CNC machining remains the standard for tight tolerance metal and engineering plastic parts. Voxelcore India pairs a calibrated machining centre with engineering review, in process probing and first article inspection, so what arrives is a production grade part backed by a documented dimensional report, not just a batch of parts cut and shipped. We regularly run prototypes alongside short and medium production batches for the same client, without switching vendors midway.

Materials

Materials We Machine Every Week

From the everyday 6061 bracket to titanium components and PEEK parts for chemical processing environments.

Standard

Aluminium 6061

The workhorse machining alloy. Strong, light, corrosion resistant and anodises well. Default choice for brackets and housings.

Aerospace

Aluminium 7075

Higher strength than 6061, used for structural aerospace, defence and motorsport components.

Steel

Mild Steel 1018 / 1045

General purpose machining steel. Weldable, paintable and plateable. Common for jigs, fixtures and mounting plates.

Corrosion

Stainless 304 / 316

Corrosion resistant stainless for marine, food contact, medical and chemical processing components.

Tooling

Tool Steel D2 / A2

Hardenable tool steels for dies, punches, jigs and wear resistant production tooling.

Electrical

Brass And Copper

Conductive metals for electrical contacts, fluid fittings, decorative hardware and machined valve bodies.

Plastic

Delrin / Acetal

Low friction, high stiffness engineering plastic for bearings, gears, bushings and food contact parts.

High Spec

PEEK

Aerospace grade thermoplastic rated above 250 degrees Celsius for chemical and high heat applications.

Industries We Serve

What We Machine

Anywhere a part has to be metal, has to hold a tight tolerance, or has to be made in a genuine engineering polymer.

Motorsport And Automotive

Suspension components, throttle bodies, billet brackets, intake manifolds and one off race day spares.

Aerospace And Defence

Structural brackets, payload mounts, fixture components and confidential prototype work under NDA.

Medical Devices

Surgical instrument bodies, implant prototypes, sterilisable housings and clean room equipment in stainless and titanium.

Mining And Industrial

Replacement bushings, hydraulic fittings, custom brackets and wear plates for remote site equipment.

Scientific Instruments

Custom optomechanical mounts, vacuum chamber components and precision rigs for research laboratories.

Electronics Enclosures

Machined aluminium chassis, heat sinks, RF shielding and panel mount housings with precision feature tolerances.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Standard CNC machining holds 0.05mm on critical features. With careful fixturing and 5 axis work we get to 0.025mm. We will tell you honestly what is achievable on your specific geometry, and what it costs to get there.

There is not one. We routinely run single piece prototypes for engineers, along with urgent one off replacement parts. Batches of 50 to 1,000 parts get progressively cheaper per part as fixturing and batch efficiencies kick in.

Anodising, including clear, coloured and hard anodising, powder coating, painting, electroplating, bead blasting, brushing, polishing and chemical passivation. All finishes are coordinated in house or through trusted local partners.

Yes. Pairing our 3D scanning service with CNC machining lets us digitise a worn part, rebuild it cleanly in CAD, then machine a faithful replacement. A complete reverse engineering and manufacture job typically takes 2 to 3 weeks.

Always. A mutual NDA is signed before any defence, motorsport, medical or otherwise commercially sensitive project begins.

5 to 10 business days for prototype parts in aluminium or mild steel. An express, same week service is available for emergency repairs and motorsport work. Complex 5 axis or hardened tool steel jobs typically take 2 to 3 weeks.
